The Corinthians Conceit

“Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment” 1 Cor. 1:10.

This week on Sharin’ Hearts Woman to Woman, Janie and Sharon are continuing to journey through taking a close look at the Corinthian Church to learn from Paul’s encouragement and correction to them.

We can find great divisions in every aspect of our world today. With everyone doing what is right in their own sight and no absolute truth to stand on, there is a great divide in our nation from the government to families. We have advanced technologies that have advanced our knowledge and intellect. Being wise in our own eyes we have become fools as Romans 1:22 talks about. These same kinds of things were going on in the church at Corinth.
